Martin Rapaport Personal Appeal on Russian Sanctions

RAPAPORT Dear Friends, I need your help. The World Diamond Council (WDC) and DeBeers lobbyists are trying to push through a Russian Sanction plan that will destroy many small to medium size US jewelers and dealers. They are trying to control every US invoice and transaction. We have come up with an excellent alternative plan that will stop the import of Russian diamonds into the US without harming our trade. I will be fasting for three days next week Tuesday -Thursday, Nov. 7-9 to protest WDC support for the Kimberley Process that certifies Russian diamonds.
